The participants will be chosen by the professors in cooperation with the project management and a reply will be sent as soon as possible. Upon being accepted, the fee is to be transferred immediately with the complete sum to the bank account of the Thüringische Sommerakademie. The registration is binding. In case of withdrawal after confirmation it will serve a processing fee of EURO 90. A refund of the fee is only possible in the case of force majeure (proof is necessary) and only for non-accrued costs (meals) or when another suitable applicant on the waiting list can fill the position. The Thüringische Sommerakademie is not liable for accidents, theft or the like. Participation is at one’s own risk. It is advisable to acquire the appropriate insurance for the time period of the course.
