Participation Fee and Application

International Chamber Music Week 2009 august 14-23th

Application Fee: Euro 90
Fee Euro 410 / Euro 210 (reduced fee) including all meals!
Reduced fee  is for students and members of ensemble (starting from trio )

single application: strings, woodwind and piano
ensemble: all instruments / varied formations from trio to quintet/sextet

scholarship: application until June 15th, 2009

We offer awarded scholarships to three to four young preformed chamber music ensemble and advanced students. We overtake all the fee to take part in the International Chamber Music Week 2007 including food and accommodation (except costs for travelling and drinks). Partial scholarship is possible.  We will decide about scholarship until june 20th latest.

Application
Please fill out the application form and send us in addition your curriculum vitae as well as a photo and a demo cassette (or CD, video, minidisc) with two solo pieces to the above address by June 20th (after this deadline please call us in advance!). Important: All the members of an ensemble need to use a separate application form. The reduced fee is for music students only.
If you apply for a scholarship (deadline june 15th), please include separately a detailed reason and information about your financial situation, also the date of founding and the biography of your ensemble. Early application is advised, the number of participants and scholarships is limited.
If you get the confirmation of application (you have to transfer in time the fee to the bank account of the Thüringische Sommerakademie. The bank information and further information to the place and arrive, the program and music if need you will get with the confirmation.
